Students have finished up the apple unit this week. We had such a great time making fresh homemade apple juice and applesauce! Next week we will be learning about Fire Safety. We will also have the opportunity to enjoy a visit from the Willard Fire Station. Willard North will be participating in a fire drill, intruder drill, and tornado drill next week as well. Reminder: Please check your child’s B.E.E. folder each day. This is a great way for us to communicate. Below is an overview of what we will be learning in class next week.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: You should ask your child to write a sentence for you. They are doing such a great job practicing at school. Also, continue practicing letters and sounds of the alphabet at home. Students may become frustrated during writing time if they are not familiar with letters and sounds as they are stretching out words. Practicing this at home will help build confidence in your child.
